Set in a very attractive carved & gilded mahogany Gothic Revival cabinet frame, with scroll decorated doors.
Very decorative display piece.
Good overall condition.
Some scuffs, scratches and paint loss to the Madonna’s hands. Possibly caused by the doors closing. Otherwise good colour and detail to the rest of the painting. The cabinet frame is in good condition, with only small loss to the top of the left side decorative tip.
Frame: 93 × 73 cm with doors open.
